How It Works

1. Bring your finished work to the event and pop by my stand to look at the frame and mount board choices.

2. I will discuss your framing options and provide you with a no obligation quote.

3. If you decide to go ahead with the order, you leave your cross stitch with me to take away to frame your work.

4. When your framing is complete, I contact you to let you know.  You then have three options on how to pick up your framed worked

a. Collect from me at my framing studio at DN9 1RT

b. Collect from one of the other retreats listed above.

c. Or I can return your framed piece by post (P&P between £6 - £9)

5. Payment is made when the framing is completed and you are collecting or prior to me posting.

If you are not attending the events, I do offer a virtual consultancy, where customers post their finished work to me, and I then send photos (by email or chat messenger) of different mount and frame options held against the finished work with prices for the different options.  The customer then chooses their preferred mount/frame and when the order is complete, I return the item by post.

If you have any questions, feel free to drop me a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
